How do I know if you are the right therapist for me?

Finding the right therapist is an important step in reaching your goals. If I believe I am not the right therapist for what you are seeking, I will refer you to a therapist who may be a better fit. I also understand that it may take a few sessions to determine if I can meet your needs. I will check in with you periodically to ask what is either working, or not working, in our sessions together in order to better tailor therapy to meet your individual needs.
